Hello!
I am a pianist and flutist based in Illinois and am pursuing my Master’s in Collaborative Piano at Roosevelt University. I offer accompaniment services and continue to explore creative fields like video editing, always approaching music with openness, flexibility, and a love for the process. Check out what brought me down this road below.
My Story
When I was younger, I thought music was something you did alone. Practicing was solitary, performing was nerve-wracking, and success felt like it depended entirely on me. But over time, I started to notice how different it felt when I made music with someone else—how much more alive and joyful it became.
Playing flute in ensembles, accompanying vocalists in lessons, working with choirs or small groups—I began to realize that my favorite musical moments were the ones where I was part of a team. I loved being the person at the piano who helped someone feel more confident. I loved responding in real time, supporting, adapting, and shaping the sound together.
That’s what led me to collaborative piano: a field where empathy and flexibility are as important as technique, and where musical excellence is built on trust and connection. It felt like home.
Now, as I pursue my master’s in collaborative piano, that sense of connection is still at the heart of everything I do. Whether it’s preparing for a recital, coaching a young musician, or jumping into a last-minute gig, I’m here for the shared joy of making music together.
